Terms of Service

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and GROW. By creating an account, accessing the app, or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Program.

Grow Discover is a loyalty platform that rewards members for engaging with sponsors. By attending eligible meetings, events, or activities, members earn points that can be redeemed for benefits, offers, or cash equivalents as described in the app.

Points and other rewards are a financial incentive under California law because participation involves the collection and use of personal information. The material terms of that incentive, including how to withdraw, are in the Notice of Financial Incentive in the Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must create an account with accurate information.
• The Program is intended for businesses only (not individuals, unless explicitly approved).
• Membership is free, but participation requires compliance with these Terms.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login information confidential. You must keep the information on your account accurate. Tell us at concierge@joingrow.com if you believe your account is being used without your permission.

• Rewards may be redeemed through the app for offers, benefits, or payouts as available.
• Redemption options may change at any time.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred except as permitted in the Program.

Rewards may expire if not used within the timeframe specified in your account. We may adjust expiration policies from time to time, and we'll notify you in advance of changes.

You may not:

• Violate these Terms or applicable law.
• Misuse or abuse the Program.
• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity, including falsifying attendance, engagement, or account information.
• Access or use someone else's account without permission.
• Interfere with the app, the Program, or another member's use of them.
• Exchange, sell, or transfer Rewards except as permitted in the Program.

We may suspend or close your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse or abuse the Program.
• Fraud, manipulation, or suspicious activity is detected.

If your account is closed, you may lose all accumulated Rewards. You may stop participating at any time by closing your account or emailing concierge@joingrow.com.

GROW and its licensors own the app, the Program, and the branding and other content we provide. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app solely to participate in the Program. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as the law allows.

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data. We do not sell your data to sponsors without your consent. Other sales and sharing, including for advertising, are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change or end the Program at any time, including modifying how Rewards are earned, redeemed, or valued. We'll notify members of major changes in advance, but continued participation means you accept the changes.

We may also update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in advance by email or in the app. If you continue to participate after the update takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

• We are not responsible for technical issues, delays, or interruptions.
• Rewards are provided “as is” without warranties.
• The Program and the app are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our liability to you is limited to the value of Rewards earned in the Program. To the extent allowed by law, GROW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

You will indemnify and hold GROW harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Program, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or someone else's rights.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
• Before starting a formal dispute, contact us at concierge@joingrow.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration (where allowed), on an individual basis.
• Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration.
• By joining, you waive the right to participate in class actions.

If a waiver or arbitration requirement is found unenforceable for a particular claim, it is severed for that claim only. The remainder of these Terms stays in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and GROW about the Program. If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms. You may not assign them without our consent.
