Answers to common questions about attending and sponsoring GROW.

1. How do I attend GROW?

Tickets to GROW are FREE for retail brands only.

If you are from a retail brand, please apply for a FREE ticket here.

If you are not from a retail brand, please email our VP, Partnerships Brett@joingrow.com for sponsorship opportunities.

2. Where is my ticket?

Entry to the event requires a QR code which will be sent to the email address you signed up with approximately two days before the event.

If you don't see a QR code, please check spam / promo / junk folders.

And if you can't find the QR code at all, don't worry - you can use your email address at check in (along with a matching ID).

Please note, if you are not on our approved entry list or if your ID does not match your email address - you will not be admitted to the event, with no exceptions.

3. Where can I see the agenda / speakers / topics?

4. Can I bring friends / colleagues?

Yes please!

GROW tickets are allocated one per person, so we do not do plus ones or ticket transfers.

Please ask friends / colleagues to complete our application form and make sure they add your name in the "Referred by" box.

We do not sell tickets to non-retail brands, with no exceptions.
